Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clinics, doctors, physicians, and healthcare professionals across Dubai.
- Identify and target new clinics and healthcare accounts for business development.
- Conduct regular clinic visits and face-to-face meetings with doctors and decision-makers.
- Introduce and promote the pharmacy's compounding services and customized medication solutions.
- Understand doctors' requirements and communicate relevant compounding capabilities and solutions.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clinic accounts.
- Generate new business through account acquisition and relationship management.
- Follow up with existing accounts to strengthen engagement and increase business volume.
- Monitor market activity, competitor offerings, and opportunities within the Dubai healthcare market.
- Achieve assigned sales, account acquisition, and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of clinic visits, leads, follow-ups, and account progress.
- Coordinate with pharmacy and internal teams to handle client requirements smoothly.
Work Setting
- The role involves regular clinic visits and face-to-face meetings across Dubai.
