The company is hiring an experienced medical representative for its pharmaceutical sales team.
The role serves doctors, clinics, hospitals, healthcare professionals, distributors, pharmacies, and other channel partners.
Key responsibilities
- Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Build professional relationships and achieve sales and prescription-generation targets.
- Develop business and conduct regular doctor visits within the assigned territory.
- Identify new opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Provide product information, benefits, and differentiators.
- Manage relationships with distributors, stockists, pharmacies, and channel partners.
- Track market trends and competitors and share feedback with management.
- Maintain visit reports and sales performance updates.
- Participate in campaigns, meetings, conferences, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Two to seven years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representative roles.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical products and the local healthcare market.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
