Role Overview
Miror Therapeutics is seeking a results-oriented Healthcare Inside Sales Executive.
The role connects with prospective patients and customers, explains relevant healthcare services, and converts enquiries into appointments, consultations, or sales.
The position is full-time and on-site in Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective patients and customers.
- Understand healthcare requirements and recommend appropriate services.
- Explain healthcare packages, treatments, products, and services clearly.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Convert qualified leads into appointments, consultations, or sales.
- Maintain CRM records, achieve sales targets, and prepare performance reports.
- Build customer relationships, coordinate with healthcare and support teams, and address basic queries.
- Escalate clinical or complex medical questions and maintain patient information confidentiality.
Requirements
- Two to five years of experience in inside sales, telesales, healthcare sales, telecalling, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
