Drive business growth through digital customer engagement, omnichannel sales initiatives, lead generation, customer conversion, and digital sales enablement.
Work with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Commercial Excellence, and other teams to improve customer reach, sales productivity, qualified opportunities, and measurable business outcomes.

Digital Sales and Engagement
- Develop digital sales plans and identify new digital channels for customer acquisition and engagement.
- Generate, qualify, nurture, and convert digital leads into business opportunities.
- Engage healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, patients, caregivers, and other relevant stakeholders through approved digital channels.
- Segment customers and develop personalized digital communication journeys.
Omnichannel and Campaign Execution
- Integrate field sales and digital sales to create a seamless customer experience.
