About the Role
In this role, the Mechanical Technician will be responsible for the efficient and accurate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment on-site, while ensuring a safe, organized, and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate should reside in the Dover, DE area or be comfortable commuting to the location.
Schedule: 10:30PM-7:00AM M-F
What You Will Do

- Works within Essity safety standards, with responsibility for personal and others' safety
- Conducts regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Troubleshoots mechanical issues and diagnose problems in machinery and related systems.
- Repairs or replaces worn or malfunctioning parts and equipment.
- Reads and interprets engineering blueprints and technical manuals.
- Documents maintenance and repair work, creating detailed reports
