- Supervise component inspections and evaluations during outages and shutdowns.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve off normal equipment conditions.
- Provide technical guidance on predictive maintenance technologies and equipment condition monitoring.
- Oversee contractor maintenance activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures and quality standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks, pre job briefings, safety meetings, and work coordination sessions.
- Support Emergency Response Organization (ERO) activities as assigned.

- Experience in mechanical supervision at a nuclear power plant
- Knowledge of nuclear safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Ability to lead a team of 4 8 personnel
- Experience with outage maintenance and shutdown activities

Job Purpose
- Provide technical leadership, supervision, and expert guidance during Mechanical Inspection and Overhaul activities at a Nuclear Power Plant.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, nuclear safety standards, industrial safety practices, environmental requirements, and operational performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide mechanical maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
- Support initiatives to reduce operating and maintenance costs while maintaining compliance.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve off normal equipment conditions.
- Provide technical guidance on predictive maintenance technologies and equipment condition monitoring.
- Lead complex troubleshooting activities and provide expert technical support.
- Support major maintenance windows and outage execution activities.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and optimize maintenance strategies.
- Supervise component inspections and evaluations during outages and shutdowns.
- Oversee contractor maintenance activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures.
- Lead urgent troubleshooting activities supporting Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering departments.
- Support Emergency Response Organization (ERO) activities as assigned.
- Plan, organize, and execute maintenance activities within approved scope and schedules.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in mechanical supervision at a nuclear power plant
- Knowledge of nuclear safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Ability to lead a team of 4 8 personnel
- Experience with outage maintenance and shutdown activities
