Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance and repair of mobile cranes, forklifts, telehandlers, scissor lifts, and boom lifts/manlifts
- Oversee diesel engine overhaul and rebuilding activities
- Lead troubleshooting, inspections, and root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and lifting equipment safety regulations
- Supervise and mentor mechanics, hydraulic technicians, welders, and electricians
- Manage maintenance documentation, reporting, spare parts coordination, and KPI tracking
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, OEM representatives, and third party inspectors
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or a related field
- 7 10 years of experience in maintenance and repair of heavy lifting equipment
- 3 5 years of supervisory experience
- Hands on expertise with mobile cranes, forklifts, telehandlers, scissor lifts, manlifts, and diesel engine overhaul
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, transmission & brake systems, electrical/electronic control systems, and load handling equipment
- Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics and interpret OEM manuals

We're Hiring: Mechanical Supervisor Lifting Equipment & Engine Overhaul
- Seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, inspection, and overhaul activities for heavy lifting equipment and diesel engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance and repair of Mobile Cranes, Forklifts, Telehandlers, Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts / Manlifts.
