This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead capital and maintenance projects in a fast-paced industrial environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
As a Project Engineer, you will take ownership of assigned projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, technical requirements, and customer expectations are successfully met.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide technical expertise and implement upgrades to support equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Oversee on-site project activities, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues while maintaining thorough project documentation.
Lead project review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Supervise contractors and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within scope.
Support budget planning and provide recommendations for capital and maintenance expenditures.
