Role Overview
Oversee the mechanical sector of construction projects from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, specifications, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to plan projects, manage resources, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineer with proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar construction industry role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Site Leadership and Supervision
- Lead and supervise mechanical site activities according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Manage supervisors and subcontractors efficiently.
- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and related works.
- Allocate manpower, materials, and tools effectively.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and architectural teams.
