Role Overview
The role covers landscape and swimming pool design coordination, site execution, technical documentation, procurement support, quality compliance, and project handover.

Design and Site Execution
- Prepare, review, and coordinate landscape and swimming pool designs, drawings, and technical documents.
- Supervise and monitor execution of landscape and swimming pool works at site.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, workmanship, materials, and site activities.
- Identify technical issues and provide appropriate engineering solutions.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure approved designs are properly implemented.
Technical Coordination
- Coordinate swimming pool hydraulic, filtration, pumping, drainage, waterproofing, and MEP requirements.
- Coordinate softscape, hardscape, irrigation, drainage, planting, paving, and external works.
- Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and material requirements.
- Prepare and review technical submissions, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, inspection requests, and technical reports.
