Role Overview
Design and develop advanced radiator and cooling package systems for large diesel, gas, and power-generation engines.
Support thermal management solutions for power generation, mining, marine, rail, data-centre, and heavy-duty off-highway applications.
Own the product development cycle from concept design and engineering analysis through validation, manufacturing support, and product launch.
Radiator System Design
- Design radiators and cooling systems for large diesel and gas engine applications.
- Develop radiator cores, tanks, frames, fan shrouds, mounting systems, and related cooling package components.
- Create 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, assemblies, and bills of materials.
- Perform packaging studies and engine-compartment integration.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and internal design guidelines.
Engineering Analysis
- Perform calculations for structural integrity, pressure containment, vibration, fatigue life, thermal expansion, and mounting-system loads.
- Support CFD and thermal performance assessments.
- Use FEA tools to validate structural and durability requirements.
