As part of this role, you will join our dedicated data centre team.

Established in 2006, we have delivered over 2,000 MW of capacity for our clients worldwide.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client-focused mechanical engineer to join our Critical Systems team and play a leading role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative mechanical design solutions for some of the most exciting and high-profile projects in the data centre and critical systems fields, both in the UK and internationally.

The role will include leading and supporting mechanical engineers in the delivery of designs, while managing fees, programmes and design quality.

You will communicate clearly with project teams, clients and other disciplines, and remain actively involved in the design process, producing deliverables where required.

You will help maintain and build strong client relationships, supporting repeat business through trusted delivery, clear communication and a strong understanding of client needs.

You will also contribute to work-winning activity, helping to identify opportunities and support proposals where appropriate.

You will play an important role in nurturing and developing junior engineers, helping them grow in confidence, capability and technical judgement.
