Role Overview
The role is for a Mechanical BIM Engineer working with HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
The position requires five years of BIM experience and immediate availability.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems using Revit.
- Prepare and update MEP drawings and layouts.
- Coordinate mechanical services with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines.
- Identify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools.
- Prepare shop drawings and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and BIM.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AutoCAD and Navisworks is preferred.
- UAE or GCC experience is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–7,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in the UAE.
Employment and Availability
- The employment type is full-time.
