Role Overview
The position is for a BIM Architect working on residential and commercial architecture projects in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities
- Lead BIM coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and manage BIM models in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and ACC.
- Ensure deliverables meet LOD standards.
- Support residential and commercial architecture projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and ACC.
- Proven BIM coordination experience.
- Knowledge of LOD 300–400.
- GCC project experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
