Role Overview
BIMALLY is hiring a BIM Engineer focused on dry utilities for UAE infrastructure projects.
The role leads routing, trench layout, and coordination for power and telecom networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Model 3D dry utility systems, including LV/HV power, telecom conduits, fiber optics, and street lighting.
- Design trench layouts and duct banks while maintaining required authority clearance distances.
- Perform clash resolution in Navisworks against wet networks and civil assets.
- Extract utility drawings and trench cross-sections following local authority standards such as DEWA Electricity, Etisalat, du, and RTA.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of BIM infrastructure experience in the UAE, specializing in dry utilities.
- High proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of UAE utility authority standards and clearance codes.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
