About the Role
Join our assembly team to build cutting-edge Large UAV systems. You will integrate mechanical subsystems, install flight controls, landing gear, and other critical components while ensuring the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- · Assemble UAV airframes, wings, and structural components according to engineering drawings
- · Install and integrate landing gear systems, actuators, and control surfaces
- · Mount sensors, antennas, and mechanical hardware with precise alignment
- · Perform torque specifications and safety wire installation
- · Conduct functional tests of mechanical systems and assemblies
- · Collaborate with electrical technicians for systems integration
- · Maintain detailed assembly records and work order documentation
Required Qualifications
- · High school diploma or equivalent
- · 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience (aerospace/automotive preferred)
- · Experience with precision hand tools, torque wrenches, and assembly fixtures
- · Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions
- · Knowledge of mechanical fasteners, safety wire, and aerospace hardware
- · Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
