Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Aeronautical / Industrial Designer with 3–5 years of experience in aerospace or high-technology product design. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end design of aeronautical systems and components, with a strong focus on aerodynamics, structural integrity, manufacturability, and aesthetics , particularly for UAVs, aircraft components, or advanced defense/aerospace platforms .
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and develop aeronautical products and components from concept to production
- Create industrial design concepts with strong emphasis on form, function, and aerodynamics
- Develop detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and technical drawings
- Collaborate with aerodynamics, structures, avionics, and manufacturing teams
- Perform design optimization considering weight, strength, thermal behavior, and manufacturability
- Conduct DFMEA, tolerance analysis, and material selection
- Support prototype development, testing, and design iterations
- Ensure designs comply with aerospace standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements
- Document design processes and maintain configuration control
