IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues across various platforms (Windows, MacOS, Office 365, etc.).
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals.
• Support internal systems including email, VPN, collaboration tools, and remote access solutions.
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset tracking.
• Assist with onboarding and off boarding of employees (e.g., setting up user accounts, provisioning devices).
• Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate teams and follow through to resolution.
• Ensure timely response to support tickets in line with SLAs.
• Participate in periodic system updates, backups, and routine maintenance.
• Support cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
