- Build and manage a high performing network of channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances
- Identify, recruit, and empower new partners including agencies, System Integrators, media firms, and cloud providers
- Lead co selling initiatives with partners into enterprise and public sector accounts
- Position ByteDance AI models as a scalable, cost effective alternative to traditional video production
- Take full accountability for pipeline creation and revenue growth
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B technology sales, partnership development, or channel management
- Strong understanding of AI, digital media, or cloud based solutions
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience selling through partner networks into enterprise, government, startup, or AI native business environments
- Deep familiarity with AI, media, advertising, or MarTech ecosystems

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B technology sales, partnership development, or channel management.
- Strong understanding of AI, digital media, or cloud based solutions; specific experience with Generative AI is a significant asset.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and thrive within complex, ecosystem driven sales models.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling through partner networks into enterprise, government, startup, or AI native business environments.
- Deep familiarity with the broader AI, media, advertising, or MarTech ecosystems.
