- Provide support to Account Managers and input on business development
- Develop quota objectives and future direction for defined product category
- Establish consultative relationships with clients up to C level
- Leverage external partners to deliver sales
- Direct or coordinate supporting sales activities

- University or Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota and customer interface
- Extensive selling experience within industry and on similar products
- Typically 8 12 years of advanced sales experience
- Project management skills
- 2 3 years of product sales in the desired specialty (payments)

Job Description
- Hewlett Packard Enterprise is the global edge to cloud company.
- This role is designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating and driving their sales pipeline.
- Maintains knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position products.
- Use specialty expertise to seek out new opportunities and expand existing ones.
- Provide support to Account managers and input regarding business development.
- Development of quota objectives and future direction for defined product category.
- Establish a professional, working, and consultative relationship with the client up to C level.
- May invest time working with and leveraging external partners to deliver sale.
- Directs or coordinates supporting sales activities.
Education And Experience Required
- University or Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customer, and higher level customer interface.
- Extensive selling experience within industry and on similar products.
- Typically 8 12 years of advanced sales experience.
- Project management skills required.
- 2 3 years of product sales in the desired specialty.
Knowledge And Skills
- Expert in knowledge of products, solution or service offerings as well as competitor's offerings.
- Understands the industry and market segment in which key accounts are situated.
- Understands and applies program/project management methods.
- Understands the role of IT within area of specialization.
- Account planning and accurate account revenue forecasting skills.
- Collaborates with management and sales teams.
- Cultivates & maintains positive relationships with customers.
- Demonstrates leadership and initiative in driving specialty sales.
- Deep knowledge of products, solution or service offerings.
- Understands how to leverage the company's portfolio.
- Utilizes Siebel as an expert and accurately forecasts business.
- Understands and sells high value software solutions.
