Role Overview

The ME HR Services Specialist delivers high-quality, efficient, and employee-centric HR services across the UAE and KSA.

The role supports core HR processes end to end, guides the HR Shared Services Center team, and partners with regional stakeholders.

The specialist contributes to simplifying, standardizing, digitizing, and automating HR Services processes.

Core HR Services

Own onboarding and offboarding for employees across the UAE, KSA, and Qatar, including documentation, system setup, queries, and compliant exits.
Manage permit renewals and government documentation with government relations agencies and outsourced providers.
Administer pension and social insurance enrollment, contributions, reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
Manage employee queries, employee data, transfers, letters, and record-keeping across the employee lifecycle.

Shared Services and Stakeholders

Review HR Shared Services Center quality, turnaround, data entry, documentation, ticket resolution, and service-level performance.
Provide guidance and coaching to the shared services team and coordinate with People functions, Payroll, Finance, and vendors.
Prepare reports, track operational metrics, and support audits and internal controls.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate HR Services processes.
Support the design, testing, and implementation of workflow improvements and digital solutions.
Identify HR Services process gaps across the UAE and KSA and propose practical solutions.

What You Bring

3–4 years of experience in HR Services, HR Shared Services, or a similar area.
Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration, communication, ownership, customer service, and process improvement capabilities.
Ability to learn and adopt new technologies and automation tools quickly.
