Role Overview
The ME HR Services Specialist delivers high-quality, efficient, and employee-centric HR Services across the UAE and KSA.
The role supports core HR processes end to end, guides the HR Shared Services Center team, and partners with regional stakeholders.
The role contributes to simplifying, standardizing, digitizing, and automating HR Services delivery.
HR Services Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and offboarding across the UAE and KSA, including welcome calls, documentation, system setup, queries, and compliant exits.
- Manage permit renewals and government documentation with agencies and outsourced providers.
- Administer pension and social insurance enrollment, contributions, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Support employee queries, data management, transfers, letters, records, and lifecycle services.
- Coordinate with People functions, Payroll, Finance, employees, managers, and external vendors.
Shared Services and Improvement
- Oversee transactional HR support quality and turnaround, provide guidance and coaching, and monitor agreed service levels.
- Prepare reports, track operational metrics, and support audits and internal controls.
- Identify process gaps and support standardization, digitization, automation, workflow improvements, and digital solutions.
What You Bring
