Role Overview

The ME HR Services Specialist delivers efficient, employee-centric HR services across the UAE and KSA.

The role supports core HR processes end to end, guides the HR Shared Services Center team, and partners with regional stakeholders.

The role also identifies opportunities to simplify, standardize, digitize, and automate HR service delivery.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding and offboarding for employees across the UAE, KSA, and Qatar, including welcome calls, documentation, system setup, queries, and compliant exits.
Monitor permit expiry dates and manage renewals for labor cards, exit and re-entry permits, and similar government-mandated documentation.
Administer pension and social insurance enrollment, contributions, reconciliation, records, and statutory compliance.
Review HR Shared Services Center data entry, documentation, ticket resolution, quality, turnaround, and service-level performance.
Deliver employee lifecycle support covering queries, employee data, transfers, letters, and record-keeping.
Coordinate with employees, managers, People functions, Payroll, Finance, government relations agencies, and external vendors.
Prepare reports, track operational metrics, and support audits and internal controls.
Support the design, testing, and implementation of workflow improvements and digital HR solutions.
Identify HR services process gaps across the UAE and KSA and propose practical solutions.

What You Bring

3–4 years of experience in HR Services, HR Shared Services, or a similar operation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across the UAE and KSA with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to guide a shared services team, review work quality, and support service standards.
Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and communication skills across functions and geographies.
Proactive ownership and ability to drive issues through to resolution.
Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical, automation-enabled solutions.
Curiosity for digital tools and ability to adopt new technologies quickly.
