Role Overview

The ME HR Services Specialist delivers high-quality, efficient, and employee-centric HR Services across the UAE and KSA.

The role supports core HR processes end to end, provides functional guidance to the HR Shared Services Center team, and partners with regional stakeholders.

The role contributes to simplifying, standardising, digitising, and automating HR Services processes.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding and offboarding for employees across the UAE, KSA, and Qatar.
Manage permits, labor cards, exit-re-entry documentation, renewals, and government-provider coordination.
Administer pension and social insurance enrollment, contributions, and reconciliation.
Review HR Shared Services Center quality and turnaround and provide day-to-day guidance.
Support employee queries, data management, transfers, letters, record-keeping, and compliance.
Coordinate with employees, managers, People functions, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors.
Prepare reports, track operational metrics, and support audits and internal controls.
Identify and implement process simplification, standardisation, automation, and digital improvements.
Identify HR Services process gaps across the UAE and KSA and propose practical solutions.

What You Bring

3–4 years of experience in HR Services, HR Shared Services, or a similar operational HR role.
Strong customer service, attention to detail, and awareness of organisational dynamics.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across the UAE and KSA in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to guide shared-services colleagues and review the quality of work.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building across teams, functions, and geographies.
Clear communication with employees and stakeholders at different levels.
Proactive ownership and ability to drive issues through resolution.
Ability to recommend practical, automation-enabled process improvements.
Curiosity for digital tools and ability to adopt new technologies quickly.
Ability to balance operational execution with continuous improvement.
