Role Overview

This is a 12-month temporary ME HR Services Specialist role.

The role delivers high-quality, efficient, and employee-centred HR Services across the UAE and KSA.

The position supports core HR processes end to end and provides functional guidance to the HR Shared Services Center team.

The role also contributes to simplifying, standardizing, digitizing, and automating HR Services delivery.

HR Services Responsibilities

Own onboarding and offboarding across the UAE and KSA, including welcome calls, documentation, system setup, queries, and compliant exits.
Monitor permit expiries and manage renewals for labour cards, exit/re-entry permits, and similar government documentation.
Administer pension and social insurance enrolment, contributions, reconciliation, records, and statutory compliance.
Review HR Shared Services Center quality and turnaround, provide guidance and coaching, and ensure agreed SLAs are met.
Support employee queries, employee data management, transfers, letters, and record-keeping across the employee lifecycle.
Coordinate with employees, managers, People functions, Payroll, Finance, government relations agencies, and external vendors.
Prepare reports, track operational metrics, and support audits and internal controls.
Identify process gaps and support workflow improvements, digital solutions, and automation initiatives.

Capabilities and Experience
