Role Overview

The ME HR Services Specialist is a 12-month temporary role supporting high-quality, efficient, and employee-centric HR Services across the UAE and KSA.

The role supports core HR processes end to end, provides functional guidance to the HR Shared Services Center team, and partners with regional stakeholders.

The role also contributes to simplifying, standardizing, digitizing, and automating HR Services processes.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding and offboarding for employees across the UAE, KSA, and Qatar, including welcome calls, documentation, system setup, queries, and compliant exits.
Monitor permit expiry dates and manage renewals for labor cards, exit-reentry permits, and similar government-mandated documentation.
Administer pension and social insurance enrollment, contributions, reconciliation, records, and statutory compliance.
Review HR Shared Services Center transactional support, provide guidance and coaching, and monitor SLAs and service standards.
Deliver employee lifecycle support covering queries, employee data, transfers, letters, and record-keeping.
Coordinate with People functions, Payroll, Finance, employees, managers, and external vendors to resolve HR matters.
Prepare reports, track operational metrics, and support audits and internal controls.
Identify and implement process simplification, standardization, automation, workflow improvements, and digital solutions.
Identify HR Services process gaps across the UAE and KSA and propose practical solutions with the ME HR Services Manager.
