Work on own initiative managing time to ensure Programme Administrator processes are completed within specified timeframes
Prioritise and action any problems associated with clients or Healthcare professionals who require an urgent response either on the telephone or in person. Liaise with the medical and nursing team daily regarding client communication
Enter client results on the NBSS database system and BS Select - requires analysis of screening sheet information
Ensure compliance with all InHealth statutory and mandatory policies
Support colleagues with work priorities especially at times of staff planned or unplanned leave
A team player who is supportive, reliable and trustworthy
