The Role
Own the global direct-to-consumer business with full P&L responsibility across trading, marketing, digital product, customer economics, and international expansion.
Scale owned DTC from approximately $50 million toward a billion-dollar channel through growth, international expansion, disciplined trading, and specialist execution.
Build and lead the DTC leadership team and operate the business using an AI-first model.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the total webshop P&L and weekly commercial decisions.
- Set the growth plan, allocate investment, and make major commercial decisions.
- Lead international expansion until dedicated market leadership is justified.
- Manage objectives, budgets, performance expectations, and escalations for external agencies.
- Align Trading, Content, Creator, Paid, CRM, and Digital Product behind one commercial agenda.
- Manage customer acquisition and retention economics, including CAC, first-order contribution, repeat rate, and LTV.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Build the DTC leadership team and hire key growth, creator-commerce, and management roles.
