The Role
Support the day-to-day management, trading, and development of fashion product ranges.
Work closely with the Buyer and wider Buying team across performance, planning, orders, launches, and trading.
Take increasing responsibility for assigned product areas while developing commercial judgement.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance and identify top-performing products and in-season growth opportunities.
- Analyse product performance across sales, fit, colour, trend, and customer response.
- Flag underperforming products and stock or intake issues early, supporting recommended actions.
- Support range planning using historical sales, last-year performance, category mix, and price-point analysis.
- Assist with product orders, sample reviews, cost checks, and accurate buying trackers.
- Maintain the seasonal product and launch calendar in line with trading and marketing timelines.
- Work with Marketing, Onsite, and Content teams to prepare product information for launches.
- Monitor returns and customer feedback to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
- Support product and supplier feedback and track agreed actions to completion.
- Prepare product and trading analysis for range reviews and business updates.
- Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Product, Design, Marketing, and Onsite teams.
