About the Role
The Junior Buyer will support product development, trading analytics, and commercial planning.
The role provides mentoring from senior team members and is suited to an emerging fashion and data professional.
Trading and Product Analysis
- Monitor sales patterns and support Trading Move On activities to improve product throughput.
- Assist with product recolours to maintain commercial appeal and quick turnaround.
- Gather insights and help prepare category or collection range recommendations.
Product Development and Operations
- Coordinate samples by tracking approvals, timelines, and internal follow-ups.
- Maintain familiarity with core fabrics and materials to support consistent selection.
- Communicate with partners such as Shein and relay queries and direction.
- Support CAD reviews, trade reactions, and ad hoc product tasks.
Process and Calendar Management
- Help maintain critical path schedules and flag potential delays.
- Support meeting scheduling and diary coordination.
- Prepare presentations and reports to support decision-making.
