Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all business segments including TikTok live streaming and MCN talent incubation
- Formulate operational strategies and execution plans for each segment
- Break down goals, assign tasks, track execution progress, and adjust strategies to meet targets
- Manage core business teams such as live streaming operations, MCN, and content
- Build an efficient operational management system and optimize processes
- Monitor operational data, analyze issues, and propose optimization plans
- Track local industry dynamics and competitor activities in the Middle East
- Ensure operational compliance with Dubai local laws and regulations
- Collaborate with technology department to apply AI tools for cost reduction
- Report to CEO on operational status and submit review reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3–8 years of experience in operations management
- At least 2 years of local operations management experience in the Middle East (Dubai preferred)
- Proven experience in operations management within MCN, TikTok livestreaming, or related industries
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Excellent strategic planning, data analysis, and problem solving skills
- Strong leadership, execution, and resilience under pressure
- Familiar with Dubai's local operational compliance requirements

Role Overview
- On behalf of a fast growing Gaming company, we are seeking dynamic MCN Operation Manager (Chinese speaker) for their studio in Dubai.
- You will take full responsibility for daily operational management, team coordination, and goal execution across TikTok live streaming, MCN, and e commerce divisions.
