- Lead full cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for creative and operational roles
- Act as point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and performance issues
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive studio culture
- Support performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and development planning
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support organizational change and studio expansion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as HR Officer, HRBP or similar HR generalist role
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Preferably experience in media, entertainment, or tech industries
- Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage

Role Overview
- We are seeking an HR Officer (Chinese speaker) to join the team at the studio in the Dubai South area.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer, HRBP or in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within the media, entertainment, or tech industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
