About the Role

- Position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader, grow business, and build strong customer relationships
- Generate profitable sales and develop long term business in Enterprise and Mission Critical Networks
- Identify and secure short , mid , and long term business opportunities for profitable growth
- Create and improve customer relationships
- Apply Go to Market models and competitive commercial models and strategies
- Lead with integrity to delight customers and offer best in class solutions
- Drive negotiation in both private and public procurement scenarios
- Identify and leverage market opportunities to establish leadership within targeted verticals
- Drive orders booked, net sales, profitability, and cash flow, including working capital management
- Develop deep understanding of customers' businesses, operations, and objectives
- Lead and orchestrate sales engagements across the Gulf geography
- Foster strong collaboration with cross functional teams
Requirements
- BSc in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience
- Proven experience selling within vertical sectors such as Public Safety, Railways, Utilities, and Defense
- Proven experience in account management within the ICT industry, with a focus on Mission Critical Networks
- Strong understanding of Public Safety, Railways, Utilities, Oil and Gas, Ports, Mining, and Defense sectors
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships
- Expertise in consultative selling and commercial acumen
- Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and achieving profitability targets
- Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively across diverse geographies and cultural contexts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred
