MC Drivers

Linfox’s Intermodal business unit is currently seeking both Casual and Permanent MC drivers to join the team located in Katherine NT, you will be responsible for safely transporting a wide range of farmer produce to our local customers. You will also be required to support the team by assisting with general yard duties. We currently have an opportunity available working Monday through to Friday on day shift with overtime work available during the weekends. Key areas:

Checking temperature of loads and ensuring the fridge is pre-chilled.

Ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus.

Assisting with general yard duties and operating the 40-ton forklift.

Complying with the Linfox coupling and uncoupling procedures.

Working to deadlines and providing excellent customer service.

Current MC truck licence (forklift licence desirable)

Prior experience operating triple road trains

Familiarity with the Katherine NT and surrounding regions

Strong customer service and communication skills
