Overview
We are looking for a skilled
Maximo And Cafm Administrator
- with hands-on experience in Facilities Management systems.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, updating, and optimizing our MAXIMO/CAFM platform to support smooth FM operations.
- The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage, operate, and maintain the
- MAXIMO/CAFM system
- , ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
- Create, update, and monitor
- PPM schedules, job plans, work orders, asset lists, and service requests
- .
- Ensure data integrity by performing
- regular audits and validations
- of system entries.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly
- FM reports
- , such as KPIs, SLA compliance, asset performance, and job completion status.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely updates of work orders and asset histories.
- Assist in integration and onboarding of new buildings, assets, and contractors in the CAFM/MAXIMO system.
- Develop dashboards and improve workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Liaise with software vendors for system upgrades, configurations, and technical support.
