We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Material Requirements Planner to ensure the accurate and timely planning of materials required to support production across Australia & New Zealand.

In this role, you will manage MRP system outputs, raise purchase orders, work closely with suppliers to ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery, proactively manage open orders, and identify potential supply risks early to minimise impact to production. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to strengthen data accuracy, enhance material availability, and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain performance.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and values strong collaboration across teams. The position is full-time and based in Adelaide CBD, and after successful completion of probationary period, has the flexibility to work 2 days from home.

Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data

High attention to detail and accuracy

Advanced Excel skills

Solid understanding of ERP/MRP systems

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight timelines

Problem‑solving mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement

A collaborative, positive team attitude

At least 3 years previous experience in a planning / purchasing role in a FMCG environment.
