Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks in receiving, storing, inventorying, and issuing Government Material/Property.
- Compile automated stock records in Maximo and other computer systems.
- Operate Material Handling Equipment to move product as required.
- Count, sort incoming material to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices.
- Examine stock to verify quantity or conformance to specifications.
- Store material in bins, on the floor, on shelves, or in containers according to identifying information.
- Fill orders or issue supplies from stock.
- Prepare periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock.
- Compile reports on use of stock, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, damage, or shelf life.
- Mark identifying codes, figures, or letters on articles using labeling equipment.
- Make adjustments to inventory/location of stored stock.
- Move or transport material or supplies to other departments using Pallet Jack, Forklift or industrial truck.

- Ability to operate Material Handling Equipment (e.g., Pallet Jack, Forklift)
- Proficiency in using computer systems for stock records (e.g., Maximo)

Position Overview
- Reports to the Lead or Senior MCS.
- Performs administrative tasks in receiving, storing, inventorying, and issuing Government Material/Property.
- Compiles automated stock records in Maximo and other computer systems.
- Operate Material Handling Equipment to move product as required.
Responsibilities
- Accomplish provided tasks to standard.
- Count, sort incoming material to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices.
- Examine stock to verify quantity or conformance to specifications.
- Store material in bins, on the floor, on shelves, or in containers according to identifying information.
- Fill orders or issue supplies from stock.
- Prepare periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock.
- Compile reports on use of stock, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, damage, or shelf life to stock, location changes, and denial of shipments.
- Prepares daily reports of Inventory, Receipts, Issues, and others as required by the Performance Work Statement.
- Mark identifying codes, figures, or letters on articles, using labeling equipment.
- Make adjustments to inventory/location of stored stock.
- May determine methods of storage, identification, and stock location.
- Move or transports material or supplies to other departments, using Pallet Jack, Forklift or industrial truck.
