- Evaluate services and report to Laundry Supervisor
- Maintain and monitor production schedule and documentation
- Report maintenance and service related issues
- Provide data for daily reports
- Perform other duties as assigned

Overview

- Reports directly to the Laundry Services Supervisor.
- Laundry Services Lead may share some duties with subordinates.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the laundry facilities and staff (direct and subcontracted)
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assist with exchange of linen to services members and guest
- Provide guidance and supervision to workers
- Able to evaluate services provided and report to Laundry Supervisor
- Ensure to maintain and monitor the production schedule, documentation and established standards within allowable time limits
- Reports any maintenance and or service related issues and problems
- Provide data applicable to daily reports needed by leadership
- Performs other duties and assignments as required
