Key Responsibilities
- Perform Maintenance Test Flights (MTF) and Maintenance Operational Checks (MOC).
- Conduct in flight troubleshooting and verifications of aircraft to ensure airworthiness.
- Determine aircraft power availability, assess power plant health, and verify component functioning.
- Conduct general and pre flight readiness inspections.
- Start, run up, fly, navigate, and safely land aircraft per applicable manuals.
- Complete all required aircraft maintenance forms, records, and logbook entries.
- Perform mathematical calculations, performance data, and landing configurations.
- Conduct briefings to flight crew and maintenance personnel.
- Establish daily maintenance test flight goals with production control.
- Coordinate with Base Operations Manager for test flight support.
- Support Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) processes.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Maintenance Test Pilot on UH60 aircraft.
- Ability to perform maintenance test flights and operational checks.
- Knowledge of aircraft technical publications and maintenance forms.
- Ability to coordinate with maintenance and production control teams.
