Role Responsibilities
- Monitor and track material inventory levels for operations and projects.
- Maintain ERP records of material receipts, issues, transfers, and stock balances.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams on material delivery and distribution.
- Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
- Prepare inventory and material consumption reports for management review.
- Support material planning by tracking requirements and identifying potential shortages.
- Investigate and report material discrepancies and assist with corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control standards.
