Mircom is seeking a highly skilled Master Planner to play a pivotal role in connecting demand (Sales/Customer Service) with supply (Production, Purchasing, and Warehousing) across our Canadian, U.S., and international operations. In this senior planning position, you will own the development and maintenance of the master plan that keeps our business running smoothly—ensuring every customer order is delivered on time, production teams have uninterrupted access to raw materials, and inventory and capacity are optimized to meet service expectations.
