Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Massage Therapist role located at Narcissus Hotel and Residence in Jeddah.
The Massage Therapist will provide high-quality massage services, including therapeutic, body massages, and specialized techniques like Shiatsu.
The role involves consulting with clients to understand their needs, designing personalized treatment plans, and creating a relaxing and professional environment to promote stress management and well-being.
Maintaining a high standard of customer service and ensuring the spa's cleanliness and safety protocols is essential.
Qualifications
- Expertise in therapeutic and body massage techniques that ensure client comfort and relaxation
- Capability in providing specialized massage services, such as Shiatsu, to address personalized wellness needs
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build a positive client experience
- Ability to assess and recommend stress management and relaxation strategies
- Knowledge of best practices in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional spa environment
- Professional certifications in massage therapy and other relevant areas
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or spa setting is advantageous
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
