- Provide professional body and therapeutic massage treatments in accordance with established spa protocols and brand standards
- Welcome guests, conduct consultations to understand needs and contraindications, and recommend appropriate treatments
- Deliver services such as full body massage and specialized techniques
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment, ensuring hygiene and safety
- Coordinate with spa reception to manage bookings and treatment timing
- Promote spa services and products, document guest preferences, handle guest feedback with care
- Collaborate with the spa team to support an exceptional guest experience
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in bodywork techniques including Body Massage and Therapeutic Massage
- Experience or training in specialized modalities such as Shiatsu
- Ability to support guest well being through Stress Management techniques
- Strong Customer Service skills including clear communication, active listening, empathy, and professional guest interaction
- Recognized massage therapy certification or diploma from an accredited institution; valid professional license where required
- Knowledge of spa hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or high end spa setting is preferred
- Basic English communication skills required; additional languages considered an asset

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Massage Therapist role based at Narcissus Hotel and Residence in Jeddah.
- Provide professional body and therapeutic massage treatments in accordance with established spa protocols and brand standards.
- Welcome guests, conduct consultations to understand needs and contraindications, recommend appropriate treatments.

- Recognized massage therapy certification or diploma from an accredited institution; valid professional license where required by local regulations.
- Knowledge of spa hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
