Full-time Massage Therapist role at a private hospital or medical clinic in Doha, Qatar.
The position provides medical and remedial massage in a professional clinical setting alongside physiotherapists.
Responsibilities
- Provide private sessions for rehabilitation, relaxation, and sports patients.
- Use medical, therapeutic, sports, deep tissue, soft tissue, manual lymphatic drainage, and relaxation techniques.
- Work in a premium clinical setting with a significant and varied caseload.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and support patient care.
Requirements
- A degree-level qualification is listed as an essential qualification.
- Massage qualifications from an accredited institution are required.
- Applicants must have either a 500-hour accredited massage therapy diploma or a related bachelor's degree in complementary and alternative medicine.
- At least three years of recent experience as a licensed massage therapist is required.
- Strong anatomical knowledge, cultural sensitivity, a sympathetic character, and strong team ethic are required.
Required Skills
- Acupuncture, deep tissue massage, healing, holistic therapy, kinesiology, lymphatic drainage, maternity massage, physiotherapy, sports massage, Swedish massage, and Thai massage are listed as required skills.
