Role Objective
Execute assigned masonry works within contract time, productivity, quality, and safety requirements.
Assign and efficiently distribute available manpower, materials, and equipment.
Operational Responsibilities
- Optimize allocated manpower, materials, and equipment for assigned projects.
- Manage daily site needs and control for assigned projects.
- Distribute the workforce according to the daily program.
- Maintain labor attendance and productivity records.
- Implement overall site safety practices.
- Prevent material wastage and maintain compliance with company standards and policies.
People Management
- Oversee labor attendance and productivity.
- Assist engineers with technical evaluation of the workforce at site.
- Assist personnel with labor recruitment.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
