The Civil Mason works in the Maintenance / Civil Works department and reports to a Civil or Maintenance Supervisor.

The position requires quality workmanship while following safety procedures, work instructions, and construction standards.
Civil and masonry work
- Carry out blockwork, brickwork, plastering, and masonry works.
- Construct, repair, and maintain walls, partitions, floors, and other structures.
- Perform concrete work, including mixing, pouring, leveling, and finishing.
- Carry out tiling and flooring work and repair cracks or damage to civil structures.
- Prepare and apply cement, mortar, plaster, and other construction materials.
Tools, quality, and safety
- Read and follow basic drawings, measurements, and work instructions.
- Complete work according to required quality standards.
- Use hand tools and construction equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
- Follow company health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Coordination
- Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete assigned work on time.
- Perform other civil and maintenance duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required qualifications
- Previous experience as a Civil Mason, Mason, or in a similar construction role.
- Good knowledge of masonry, plastering, blockwork, tiling, and concrete work.
- Ability to use basic masonry tools and equipment and follow measurements and work instructions.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual and outdoor work.
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
- Pay starts from AED 2,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
