Martech Solution Architect

Experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360, Agentforce, Adobe Experience Platform, or Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Experience defining Data Lake Objects, Data Model Objects, identity-resolution rules, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation patterns within Salesforce.

Experience with generative AI platforms, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, search-index configuration, and AI-agent design.

Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience developing testing and validation approaches for customer data, personalization, real-time activation, and GenAI solutions.

Experience with consent, privacy, data residency, data governance, and responsible AI requirements, including familiarity with Canadian privacy considerations.

Relevant Salesforce, Adobe, cloud, data architecture, or AI certifications.

Experience using architecture and data-modelling tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or similar platforms.

French-language capability is an asset, particularly for client work in Quebec.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
