- Identify and engage potential suppliers across the UAE
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified supplier opportunities
- Conduct supplier meetings, presentations and commercial discussions
- Explain and promote the Hair & Beauty Souk marketplace model
- Assess supplier suitability against company strategy and commercial objectives
- Progress suppliers through qualification, onboarding and activation stages
- Collect supplier information, catalogues, pricing and supporting documentation
- Work alongside internal resources to support supplier activation and product listing activities
- Maintain accurate records of supplier engagement activity and onboarding progress
- Provide market intelligence regarding suppliers, brands, competitors and emerging opportunities
- Represent Hair & Beauty Souk professionally within the UAE market
Requirements
- UAE based
- Demonstrated experience in e commerce, marketplaces, supplier onboarding, supplier acquisition, commercial partnerships, sales or related commercial roles
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills
- Comfortable attending supplier meetings across the UAE
- Ability to identify, qualify and progress commercial opportunities
- Self motivated and commercially driven
- Ability to work independently and manage a supplier pipeline
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Access to a vehicle for supplier meetings

- Our supplier fulfilment marketplace model allows approved suppliers to retain and fulfil their own inventory whilst we focus on customer acquisition, marketing, technology and marketplace growth.
Company Vision & Growth Strategy
- Year 1: Build a strong UAE supplier network, focus on supplier fulfilment and marketplace growth.
- Years 2–3: Expand supplier relationships across the GCC, introduce selective warehouse and distribution capabilities.
- Years 3–4: Continue expanding owned distribution capabilities, retain supplier fulfilment for specialised products.
