About the Role
Etoile Group is hiring a Marketing Trainee to support the Ralph Lauren marketing team in Dubai. This is a 6-month temporary contract role assisting with digital marketing, content coordination, event planning, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Assist all digital marketing initiatives including emails, website, ad creation, organic social media, and mall social media
- Coordinate all content across brand’s online and digital channels
- Assist at photoshoots and coordinate with suppliers
- Gather marketing activities presentations from malls and produce a monthly working document
- Support in event planning and execution including supplier coordination
- Admin support with management of invoices, POs, and quotations
- Conduct competitor research
- Build influencer and supplier databases
Requirements
- University Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Strong interest in Fashion or Luxury
- Proficient in MS Office
- Clear and confident communicator
- Possess own UAE residence visa

Role Overview
- Marketing Trainee will support the Marketing team in day to day execution and assist with developing, planning and executing plans and campaigns.
- This is a temporary contract role for 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist all digital marketing initiatives which include: Emails, Website, Ad Creation, Organic Social Media, Mall Social Media
- Coordinate all content across brand’s online and digital channels in collaboration with Marketing & Brand team
- Assist where required at photoshoots & coordinate with suppliers to book shoots
- Gather all marketing activities presentations from all the malls and produce a working document that shall be updated on each month with the activities that we can participate in
- Support in event planning and execution which includes supplier coordination, support on the day of the event, etc
- Admin support with management of invoices, PO's and Quotations
- Competitor research
- Build influencer and supplier databases
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Strong interest in Fashion or Luxury
- Proficient in MS Office
- Clear and confident communicator

- Possess own UAE residence visa
- This is a temporary contract role for 6 months
