Overview

Support the planning, execution, and management of all marketing strategies, digital channels, and brand initiatives in collaboration with marketing and creative agencies.

The role ensures alignment with defined objectives, brand guidelines, and marketing standards.

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Support the Section Head in developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy.
  • Lead the development and execution of digital design, content production, and data management strategies with a strong focus on analytics and customer experience.
  • Design and implement social media strategies aligned with departmental strategic objectives.
  • Develop and manage the organization’s website end-to-end.
  • Monitor industry trends, benchmarking standards, and audience preferences.
  • Create, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content (e.g., text, images, videos, news).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Manage external website and digital agencies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Plan and execute brand awareness initiatives such as campaigns, promotions, and competitions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital technologies, trends, and tools in web and marketing.

General Responsibilities

  • Perform any other duties related to the role as requested by the direct manager.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
  • Demonstrate adherence to organizational values and ethics at all times.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Government entities and relevant authorities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
  • Master’s degree is preferred

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field

Skills

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Arabic is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines effectively
